Guidelines for
presenting your abstract and poster
Selection Process
The Poster Session Committee will select 30 proposals for presentation. Abstracts will be evaluated based on originality, relevance, and adherence to submission guidelines.
Important Notes
- Registration for the congress is required to present a poster.
- Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to review and proper registration.
- Posters must be mounted and dismounted within the designated display times.
- The Congress Secretariat is not responsible for lost or damaged posters.
